Patrick Brown is a seasoned professional with a passion for  driving meaningful change in the business landscape, as well as in individuals. Based in Toronto, ON, Patrick holds a degree in Engineering Physics from Queen's University and is a Certified Professional Engineer in Ontario.

Recognizing the need for tailored executive support in small businesses and startups, Patrick established Northland Fractional Inc., a consulting firm with a mission to help organizations streamline operations, optimize processes, and achieve sustainable growth.

Drawing on his extensive experience in various sectors, including pharmaceutical manufacturing and retirement residence management, Patrick possesses a deep understanding of diverse business landscapes.
